Lasagna with minced cheese and vegetables

A hearty and easy-to-prepare dish. Delicious indescribable!!! Maybe the recipe is far from perfect Italian, but it is so accessible to everyone. At least in lasagna, you can let your imagination run wild and cook with any filling and any sauce. Enjoy your meal! In Kazakhstan, they sell sochni for beshparmak (a national dish). They are very similar to lasagna leaves and taste as good as Italian! And our housewives adapted them for lasagna))).So to speak, lasagna at home is cheap and angry)) Of course, if there are none, you can cook it yourself or buy it in the markets.

Pour oil into in a frying pan, we throw finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, grated carrots (medium grater) and fry until golden brown, stirring.

Next, we put low-fat minced meat, greens and fry until the juice is boiled (but not to the end!). Peel the tomatoes, finely chop them and put them together with the pasta to the minced meat, add salt, pepper and simmer until thickened.

While stewing, we prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, and pour milk while stirring. It is necessary to mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened.

 Grease the form with oil, lay the lasagna sheets, pour the sauce, spread the meat mass, cover with cheese and lasagna leaves on top again. And so we repeat 3 times.



 Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 40 minutes, take out, remove the foil and for another 10 minutes, the lasagna is ready at home.
