Make incisions in the breast along so that you get a fan. Beat off the resulting plates.

Crush the garlic, add pepper and salt. Rub the breasts with this mixture. Eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes cut into circles, Bulgarian pepper - strips. Add a little salt.

Lay layers of zucchini, eggplant, tomato and pepper strips between the fan plates. Fasten with toothpicks.

Place vertically and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Mix sour cream, garlic, chopped parsley, pepper and salt.

Put the puffs on a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, pour sour cream sauce and tomato juice over them. Close the lid.

Simmer the chicken puffs for 30 minutes.
