Be sure to try these hearty rolls with minced meat and rice! I don't like long lists of products, long fuss in the kitchen and exoticism. That's what I like about the recipe. Everything is according to my preferences. Very tasty!!! Moreover, for me it is also a dish from my childhood.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
Cook rice until half cooked.
Mix rice with minced meat, you can add a little pepper.
Divide the dough into two parts, roll out a thin layer.
Spread the cooked minced meat on the layer with a thin layer.
Roll up into a roll and cut it into small pieces, 5 centimeters each.
We do the same with the second part of the test.
Fry the rolls in sunflower oil.
Separately fry onions with carrots.
We put the rolls alternately with roasting in a saucepan, add bay leaf, salt, universal seasoning, pour water (you can broth) rolls, but not completely.
We put it to cook on medium heat.
Before serving, hot rolls can be sprinkled with cheese.
