Step 3:
We drive in two chicken eggs, it is not necessary to take the largest ones, the first category is enough. Beat the mass with a whisk, fork or mixer. The latter method is the best and fastest, chicken eggs should completely disperse in kefir. Depending on what kind of filling you plan to bake a pie with, you can change the proportions of sugar and salt.
Step 4:
Mix the mass well.
Step 5:
Sift the flour, it is better to do it repeatedly to saturate it well with oxygen. Then the dough will turn out to be more porous and light. Add soda to it and mix the dry ingredients. Pour the sifted flour mixed with soda into a bowl with liquid. Add the flour in parts, stirring the dough each time with a whisk or fork. The consistency of the dough should turn out to be very thick sour cream.
Step 6:
The density of the dough depends on the amount and density of flour, so it is important to add the right amount of flour. Mix the dough well so that there are no lumps left.
Step 7:
The dough is ready for baking the cake. It remains to prepare the filling. Pies made of liquid dough can be baked with sweet (berries, dried fruits, nuts, fruits), with herbs and cheese, sausage, boiled eggs and onions, as well as meat and even fish fillings. The main thing is that the filling does not contain much moisture, greens and fruits should be dried well from water after washing, otherwise the dough will be moist and will not bake. Bon appetit!
