Step 1:
Wash the meat well and cut into small pieces

Step 5:
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion to it and fry a little over low heat
Step 6:
Add flour and mix
Step 7:

Step 8:
Salt and bring everything to a boil. Cook for another 3 minutes. You can add sour cream, serve with croutons. Bon appetit!
