Cooking method
Sift the flour through a sieve. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the butter and add flour. Stir and fry for 15 minutes until light brown. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk with sugar. We cook the syrup. When it starts to stretch, it's ready. Add nuts and poppy seeds. Stir and pour the syrup to the flour. Cook on low heat until thickened. Remove from the stove and place on a plate. Level up to a thickness of 2 cm. cut into squares. After complete hardening, decorate with poppy seeds and almonds.
