- Pull the meat off the boiled chicken, discarding the skin, and cut it into pieces. Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Bake at 300°F (150°C) until the bread cubes are golden. Press the garlic through a garlic press and cut the tomatoes into large cubes. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Whisk the mayonnaise together with the sour cream, then add the garlic and pepper blend. Season with salt and whisk smooth. In a salad bowl, combine the cheese, chicken, tomatoes, and dressing. Toss together. Top with the toasted croutons from the oven. Serve right away, since the tomatoes will start to release their juices.
