Step 1:
Measure the ingredients. Wash the arugula, dry it. Tear large leaves in half.

Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3:
Cut the cheese into medium cubes.

Cut olives into rings.
Step 5:
Put cucumber, cheese, olives and arugula in a salad bowl.

Pour lemon juice over everything and mix.
