An easy-to-prepare festive salad with a spicy taste. Salad with Korean carrots and crackers is very multivariate in its composition. Today we offer a salad based on boiled chicken ventricles and cucumbers. The salad turns out to be very juicy, appetizing, crispy. Carrots add sourness and sharpness, a light garlic flavor. It can be cooked for a regular dinner or served on a festive table, and you can mix the salad already on the table - when serving, only a mayonnaise grid is applied.
