Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the products according to the list. Other ingredients can be used in this salad, for example, smoked sausage can be replaced with boiled, ham or boiled breast, smoked chicken, fried liver. Instead of fresh cucumber, corn or peas will be appropriate. In general, decide which taste is preferable to you: sour, spicy, sweet and sour - in accordance with this, add the salad ingredients. Korean carrots can also be taken ready-made or cooked.
Step 2:
Cut the sausage into small cubes or cubes.
Step 3:
Prepare crackers, you can take ready-made store packaging, I usually use my own, because I don't like glutamate flavorings. In this case, I have crackers with paprika.
Step 4:
Peel and slice the onion into thin half rings. Pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes. It will lose its sharpness and bitterness, which will allow you to eat the salad not alone)).
Step 5:
Cut the pickled and fresh cucumbers into thin slices. Put the onion on a sieve and rinse it well under a tap with cold water, drain.
Step 6:
Salad can be prepared in portions or in one large salad bowl, both in layers and in total weight. I served portions on flat pie plates. First, lay out a layer of raw smoked sausage cut into strips.
Step 7:
Then add the pickled and fresh cucumber. Lay out a pile of juicy onion rings.
Step 8:
Then put a pile of Korean carrots.
Step 9:
Apply a grid of mayonnaise and throw a handful of crackers on top.
Step 10:
Serve salad with Korean carrots and crackers even on a festive table, even on weekdays. The salad turns out to be quite high in calories, so they can easily replace a snack or dinner. Bon appetit!
