  5. Step 5:

Squeeze the grated potatoes from the excess juice, but not very much. The potato mass should not be too wet. But it is not necessary to do it too dry, otherwise it will be difficult to blind the sorcerers.

Flip the warlocks to the other side and fry in the same way until browned.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Grease the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil, lay out the fried sorcerers. From above, you can cover the mold with foil so that the sorcerers do not dry out and are juicy.

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

Bring the warlocks to full readiness in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20 minutes. You can cook sorcerers only in a frying pan. Then they need to be slowly fried over moderate heat so that the stuffing from the minced meat has time to fully reach readiness.

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Serve the sorcerers hot as an independent dish. You can supplement them with fresh vegetables and herbs. You can also serve sorcerers with sour cream. Bon appetit!

Previously, flour products similar to small or medium-sized dumplings were also called sorcerers. Fillings for them could be from meat, fish, cottage cheese or fruit.

Currently, sorcerers call a dish similar to draniki with meat.

Root vegetables are best washed with a brush or a hard sponge under running water.

Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.

In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
