  • We really love this kind of stuffed flatbread wrap. Think of it as a tasty, wholesome homemade shawarma with a Mexican twist. The sour cream sauce keeps it light and low in calories, but you can switch up the sauce however you like. Try stirring sour cream together with any tomato sauce, going with classic mayo mixed with ketchup, or whipping up a mustard-based sauce. The lightest option is a yogurt sauce: just add garlic, spices, and a squeeze of lime. Beyond the bell pepper and tomato, you can wrap in shredded carrot cut into long strips, red onion sliced into half-moons, cabbage finely shredded and squeezed by hand to soften it, or avocado cut into long slices. You can even skip the chicken altogether for an all-veggie wrap. A handful of fresh herbs is always welcome, too. Serve the wraps with your favorite sauces: tomato, salsa, or guacamole.
