Cooking method
We will prepare egg pancakes for this dish.
To make pancake batter, beat eggs with salt and sugar in a deep bowl. Sugar gives pancakes a deeper taste. But you can cook without it.
Add sour cream, flour and starch. Starch must be used either corn or potato - optional. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or blender so that the dough is without lumps. Check the consistency of the dough. If it is too thin, add milk or sour cream, thickly - flour or starch.
Bake pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, fry on both sides. Before pouring the dough into the pan, lubricate it with vegetable oil (preferably sunflower). I bake pancakes at medium temperature, they are fried more evenly. But if the guests are already on the doorstep and need to be faster, then at a higher temperature it also turns out well.
Pancakes are ready. We leave them to cool down. If they stand for a long time, then cover them with a plate so that the edges do not dry.
Moving on to the filling.
Each crab stick is carefully cut lengthwise into 4 long sticks. Lettuce leaves are divided one by one, tearing off the solid base of the leaf. Mix mayonnaise with grated garlic. You can add finely chopped dill or green onions to garlic. If you use homemade mayonnaise, then this snack will also be useful.
We proceed to wrapping the filling in pancakes.
Spread the pancake thinly with mayonnaise and garlic. Spread lettuce leaves on half of the pancake. We put crab sticks on the salad on the edge of the pancake and in the middle. They need to be laid out along the axis of twisting the pancake. Roll the pancake into a roll. Cut the finished pancakes in the middle.
These delicious pancakes with crab sticks are ready. They are served cold and even if they stand for a while, they do not lose their pleasant appearance. My family really like these pancakes, I advise everyone to try to cook.
