  • Slice the meat and pound it until the fibers just begin to break. Make the sauce: pour the wine into a bowl, add the finely chopped tomatoes, beat in the eggs, then add the vinegar, salt, pepper, and thinly sliced apples. Stir in the flour and mix everything until smooth. Add the pounded meat to the sauce and let it marinate for 2 hours.
