Cooking method
- Sauté the mushrooms with the onion in butter. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Once the mushrooms are tender, stir in the rice, soy sauce to taste, and salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes or so. Just before serving, scatter finely chopped green onion over the top.
