Cooking method

Heat the pan well over high heat. Cut tomatoes into large pieces and fry on each side until crisp. Transfer to a plate.
Cut chicken meat into cubes, add salt and pepper. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan. When the oil is well heated, put the chicken and fry on all sides until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour the remaining oil into the pan. Finely chop the onion and fry. Add finely chopped chili pepper, lightly fry. Add lemon juice, chicken and tomatoes. Mix everything well. Put the chopped coriander and green onions.
Preheat the tortillas in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Roll them in half and fill with chicken mixture. Serve hot with lime slices.
