Cooking method
To make meatballs, soak the bread in milk. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the onion. Add the egg, soaked white bread, canned pepper and pepper marinade. Add salt to taste. Take a teaspoon of minced meat and make small balls. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the vegetable oil. Fry the meatballs in several pieces, stirring well from time to time so that they are evenly fried on all sides. After each batch of meatballs, drain the butter. Place the finished meatballs on a paper towel to drain the fat.
Now we are preparing the sauce. In the same frying pan, heat more vegetable oil over medium heat. When the oil warms up, fry the onion until golden brown. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on very low heat for a few minutes.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and serve.
