Step-by-step cooking
This culinary recipe was brought from the Crimea by my husband's mother. This absolutely simple dish turned out to be surprisingly tasty. In addition, the simple ingredients of this dish do not require material costs at all, and the cooking time is 20 minutes. In our large family, this is one of our favorite breakfasts, although for someone this simple but delicious dish can also become a full—fledged lunch.
Peel the zucchini and seeds and cut into circles about 1 cm thick
.
Whisk the egg with a whisk, season with spices.
Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan.
Dip slices of zucchini well in egg and fry on both sides until golden brown. Turn down the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop dill and garlic, stir with sour cream, season with salt and pepper if desired.
Put ready-made zucchini one on top of the other, pour sour cream sauce and serve while hot. You can season with finely chopped herbs. This is a wonderful side dish for meat and chicken dishes.
