Step-by-step cooking
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, rinse and boil in salted water. Boil for literally 3-4 minutes so that the cabbage remains not cooked dense (do not overcook, this is the main thing) Put the cabbage on a dry shaker, let the water drain.
Take a couple of eggs, shake them well, put the cabbage and mix thoroughly, put them in portions in a plate with breadcrumbs, roll in them and put them in a frying pan with oil well warmed up. Fry until cooked for 5-7 minutes .
Cauliflower turns out dense and tastes like mushrooms.
