Wonderful pumpkin fried with onions and carrots

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut carrots into strips and pour into a frying pan, and hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Step 2:
Add the sliced pumpkin. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Add finely chopped onion and fry for another 5 minutes, until the pumpkin is golden.
Step 4:
Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste to the pumpkin. Leave it under the lid for a couple of minutes. Everything is ready!:)
