Cooking method

Step 1:
Cut the carrot into matchsticks and add it to the hot oil in the skillet. Fry until golden.

Step 2:
Add the pumpkin, cut into small sticks. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 3:
Add the finely chopped onion and fry for another 5 minutes, until the pumpkin turns golden.

Step 4:
Add the minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let it rest for a couple of minutes. All done! :)
