Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips. Put all this in a bowl with cold water. Hold it there for a bit, 3-5 minutes. Put the potatoes on a paper napkin, blot on top with another napkin, so that there is no water left on the straw.
First fry the potatoes in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, then put it on a paper napkin. Allow excess fat to drain. When the potatoes are a little dry, put them back in the frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for another 5 minutes. It turned out ruddy and delicious French fries, enjoy!
