  1. Step 1:

    Step 1

Gather the ingredients from the list. There are many interesting recipes for lavash appetizers with fillings that can be called lenten. Everyone can put together such a set to their taste and what's on hand. The lavash roll with Korean-style carrots is an interesting recipe. You can buy the Korean-style carrots ready-made at the store or make them yourself - the process isn't complicated, but it takes time.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2

Peel the onion and chop it finely with a knife. To keep the onion from giving the appetizer a bitter taste, you can marinate it in apple cider vinegar. Put the chopped onion on a plate, pour a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar over it, and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash the green onion and chop it finely with a knife - it'll make the appetizer brighter; you can use other herbs.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3

Peel the green radish and grate it on a grater for Korean salads (if you don't have one, use a regular grater). If you don't like radish, feel free to replace it with any other suitable vegetable; pickled cucumbers and olives will give the same bite. But it's the radish that gives the appetizer its special, pleasant taste, and also makes it healthier. Put the vegetables in a bowl, dress with olive oil, and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4

Unroll the thin Armenian lavash and spread a thin layer of filling over the whole surface. You can add a little tofu - it's a plant-based cheese that lends the appetizer a pleasant creamy taste. Crumble the tofu in with your hands. Mix the filling.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5

Roll the filled lavash into a roll, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Serve the appetizer on lenten or light-eating days, or just to vary your menu. Enjoy!
