Step-by-step cooking
1. Chop paprika, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini and lightly fry in olive oil. Minced meat can be used raw, but I still prefer to fry it quite a bit, then the filling is more pleasant in consistency and it is easier to stuff cannelloni.
2. Mix the minced meat with vegetables, add chopped basil, parsley and dill. Add spices. Stuff the cannelloni with the finished filling. It is important to remember that too much minced meat should not be added, otherwise the cannelloni may crack when baking.
3. Bechamel sauce, I think everyone knows how to cook. But just in case, I'll write how I do it. Butter is melted in a frying pan over low heat, flour is poured in and stirred well. Heat the flour in oil (about half a minute). Then, continuing to stir constantly, pour in cold milk (or cream) in a thin stream. Add salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil and keep on fire, stirring all the same, for about another minute. Until the sauce thickens. I added more greens to the finished sauce.
4. Put the cannelloni in a baking dish, but not too tightly to each other. Sprinkle well with grated cheese and pour over the sauce. Put in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees, the last 10 minutes you can reduce the heat to 160.
5. Bon appetit!
