Simple Tangerine Pie

Unusual tangerine pie is the perfect New Year's dessert! In fact, it's not even a tangerine pie, but, one might say, a tangerine charlotte. Very tasty, fragrant, easy and quick to prepare. Although the recipe still said that it was a pie with tangerines.

Peel the tangerines first, then separate them cut into slices and each slice into two or three parts.
Eggs from the refrigerator are divided into yolks and whites. First of all, rub the yolks with sugar until white. We take half the sugar, that is, half a glass. After whipping the cooled proteins at high speed. Sugar is poured in a thin trickle, gradually. Proteins should become dense and increase in volume three times.
Then combine the yolks with the whites, pour the sifted flour into them and mix gently. Last of all, add the tangerine pieces. Mix again.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the dough in a greased form and bake for about half an hour.
When the tangerine pie is baked, let it cool right in the mold, then take it out and serve it to tea.
