Step-by-step cooking
1. We prepare the ingredients for cooking. Wash the vegetables well, peel the potatoes.
2. Cut the breast into pieces, pour olive or sunflower oil, squeeze out lemon juice, add salt and seasonings. Cut the onion into rings and pour mayonnaise. Add part of the onion to the chopped breast, leave part.
3. Cut potatoes and eggplants into round pieces.
4. Fry eggplants and potatoes in a preheated frying pan with oil until golden brown.
5. We do the same with the breast, frying it on medium heat for 5-7 minutes so that the meat forms as pieces.
6. Cut tomatoes and peppers (preferably in rings).
7. After the potatoes, eggplant and chicken breast are fried, you can proceed to the final stage. To do this, we will need ceramic baking dishes. In it we put potatoes, chicken breast, eggplants, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and sprigs of parsley and basil on top. After that, we cover the mold with foil and send it to the oven for 60-80 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
8. And most importantly, let the dish bake well, because the smell will be just great. When you are sure that everything is ready, take out the dish and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal.
