So, first you need to wash the meat under running water. Then cut it into pieces of a fairly large size. Then wash and peel the potatoes. Cut it into strips, as for ordinary frying. Take the onion and also peel and cut into half rings. Grate the carrots that you have peeled. Take the mushrooms. I love champignons. Wash and cut into small slices. Crush the garlic with a garlic press. Finely chop the greens. Take a frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into it, heat it up. Then alternately fry the meat, mushrooms, potatoes and onions with carrots in a frying pan until half cooked. Put the meat in the pots at the bottom first. Be sure to pepper it, add salt and season with herbs. Then put the carrots and onions on the meat. Sprinkle everything with chopped garlic. Then put the potatoes. Also sprinkle it with garlic, herbs. Add salt and season. The next layer is mushrooms. Add a little salt. Pour a teaspoon of oil and half a cup of broth on top. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Put the pots in the oven for 40 minutes. The temperature should be 180 degrees. Serve the pots on the table after they cool down a little. Bon appetit!
