To prepare the dough, add salt, sugar and yeast to warm water. Then add a glass of flour and stir well. Next, we throw the egg and the remaining glass of flour and knead the dough. At the end, add olive oil and continue to knead. This amount of dough is enough for two pizzas, so we will divide it into two balls.
Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the table so that you can roll out the dough. We roll out our balls with a round thick pancake, with a diameter of about 30 cm. Evenly, over the entire surface of the "pancake" we apply ketchup or sauce in a thin layer, and then in a chaotic order we spread the chopped components of the filling. Rub the cheese on top and you can send it to the oven. Cook for 8-15 minutes at 220 degrees.
