Spicy beetroot sandwiches

Wonderfully juicy, spicy and beautiful sandwiches. A good snack for vodka, but it is also well eaten with hot tea.

The amount of garlic can be any. It is undesirable to add more soy sauce, since sandwiches can get wet, if you like saltier, just add salt.
