  • Put the bell pepper, garlic, and 2 hot peppers through a meat grinder. Stir, add the salt, sugar, vinegar, and vegetable oil, and mix everything well again. Chop the herbs. Layer everything into a 3-liter jar: tomatoes, then the vegetable mixture, then the herbs. Cap the jar and stand it upside down on its neck in the refrigerator; after 4 hours, turn it right side up. The Korean-style tomatoes are ready! Enjoy!
