Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Soak the mushrooms in warm water for a few hours until they become soft.
Step 2:
In boiling water, add broth cubes, mushrooms, potatoes cut into small cubes, a handful of carrots cut into strips.
Step 3:
In a heated frying pan with vegetable and butter, fry the rest of the carrots and onions cut into half rings.
Step 4:
When the potatoes are cooked, add the melted cheese (grated on a coarse grater). Stirring, let it dissolve.
Step 5:
Season with fried onions with carrots, herbs.
Step 6:
Mix flour with cold milk and pour a trickle into the soup.
