Salad cucumbers olives pepper garlic

Bright salad will cheer you up! Try and treat your family. Cucumber salad with olives is a real summer dish! But nowadays the summer mood can be organized in the middle of winter, since you can buy any vegetables in the supermarket almost all year round. The salad is light, unobtrusive, bright and spicy, it will take no more than 25-30 minutes to prepare.

The salad is very simple to prepare:

- my cucumber, cut into small cubes;

- olives cut into rings;

- bulgarian pepper is cleaned from the seed pod, washed, cut into cubes proportionally to cucumbers;

- garlic is cleaned, passed through a press;

- combine olives with cucumbers and pepper in one deep salad bowl, add garlic mush, pour olive oil, lemon juice;

- season the salad with salt and ground black pepper, mix and serve.
