Step-by-step cooking
Cook broth from the marrow bone.
Pork and beef cut into small cubes and add to the broth.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add salt.
Wash the rice and put it in a saucepan.
Add finely chopped chili pepper, tomato paste, pepper peas and bay leaf.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped onion. Put it in a saucepan.
Cook the soup over low heat until the rice is fully cooked.
Chop the garlic, add to the soup and turn off the heat.
Let the soup brew for 10-15 minutes.
