Step-by-step cooking
Chop bananas with a blender into puree.
Remove the peel from the orange with a fine grater and squeeze out the juice of half an orange.
Combine the juice and zest with banana puree.
Add cocoa, water and sugar to the same place, mix and put on a small fire. Stirring, bring to a boil, cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the broken pieces of chocolate, let it completely dissolve in the cream.
Pour the cream into a container and put it in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
