  • I really love lavash rolls with all kinds of fillings — there are countless versions, and it's a great place to let your imagination run wild. Here's one filling I want to share. Take the first sheet of lavash and spread it with mayonnaise. Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater and scatter them evenly over the mayo. Now roll up the first sheet carefully. Make the filling for the second sheet: hard-boil the eggs, then grate the processed cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Add the minced garlic and mayonnaise and mix well. Spread this egg mixture evenly over the second sheet, lay the first rolled sheet along the edge, and roll the second sheet around it. Take the third sheet and spread it with mayonnaise. Scatter finely chopped fresh herbs or lettuce leaves over it. Set the roll of the first two sheets on the edge and wrap it in the third one. Now wrap the whole roll in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about an hour. Enjoy!
