I really like all kinds of pita bread rolls with a variety of fillings. There are a great many such recipes and here you can show your imagination to the fullest.
Here I want to share with you one of the filling options.
Take the first sheet of pita bread and lubricate with mayonnaise. Three crab sticks on a fine grater and evenly distribute over the greased pita bread. Now carefully fold the first sheet with a roll.
Preparing the filling for the second sheet.
Boil the eggs. On a fine grater, we let the melted cheese and eggs. Add the chopped garlic and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Now evenly distribute the egg mixture over the entire sheet.
We put the first rolled sheet on it and wrap the second one with a roll.
Take the third sheet and lubricate with mayonnaise. We spread finely chopped greens, or lettuce leaves on it. We put a roll of the first two sheets on the edge and wrap them in the third =)
Now wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
