  • Bring the milk to a boil, add the pumpkin cut into small pieces, and cook over low heat for 10–15 minutes, then add the rice. Once the rice is done, stir in the raisins and dried fruit. Cover the pot and let the porridge rest. Garnish with dried fruit just before serving. Enjoy!
