Remove the seeds from the washed and dried apricots.
Mix sugar with water, bring to a boil over low heat.
Put apricots in a bowl, add almonds, van.sugar, pour boiling syrup over everything.
Let the jam cool completely.
Then bring it to a boil over low heat, do not stir, do not boil.
We do this 5-6 times. After that, we put the jam in jars and twist it.
