Step-by-step cooking
There are a lot of recipes for fish soups on the site, but I didn't find one. Therefore, I hasten to share with you a simple recipe for a delicious soup. So ...
We put water on the stove, and in the meantime we prepare our products for soup. All vegetables are washed and cleaned. Cut the onion into cubes, three carrots on a coarse grater, fry together in oil for 5 minutes.
Potatoes are cut into cubes. Sardine (I usually take it in oil, but this time I was not attentive and took it in tomato sauce! But it didn't spoil the taste of the soup) knead with a fork, remove the bones. Beat the raw egg (I do it with a shaker).
When the water boils, we send potatoes there, cook for 10 minutes, then fry for 10 minutes, sardine, salt, pepper, put a few peas of allspice, you can bay leaf (I didn't have () and cook for another 5 minutes. Then pour a thin trickle of egg into the boiling soup and stir intensively so that the egg is not in large chunks. We keep it on the stove for another 2 minutes, turn off the gas, add the greens (I have fresh onions) and cover with a lid.
The soup is ready! Bon appetit!!
