Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle a little with refined sunflower oil with a high smoking temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake the vegetables for about 30 minutes. You can add garlic cloves if you want to get a milder taste of salsa and jalapeno pepper.

    Take out the baked vegetables, cool a little and put them in a blender bowl. If you don't have a blender, scroll the vegetables through the meat grinder.

    Add the remaining ingredients: salt, lemon juice, cumin seeds, chopped coriander greens. Remove the seeds from the hot pepper and also send them to the bowl. Adjust its amount to your liking, but do not overdo it. Keep in mind that the sharpness of the sauce will manifest over time, so keep a sense of proportion. If you don't like cilantro, add other greens to choose from. Suitable parsley, basil, rosemary, dill, mint, kervil, tarragon, marjoram, green onion feathers.
