Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pizza on a yeast-free dough? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. First knead the dough. How to make dough? In a deep bowl, beat the chicken egg. Before that, be sure to wash the egg well with soda or detergent. Pour in vegetable oil and milk. Milk can take any fat content, I have 3.2%. Add salt and mix the ingredients with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
Step 2:
Sift the flour. Add half of the specified amount of flour. Mix the mass and start gradually adding the remaining flour, kneading the dough. When it becomes difficult to mix with a spoon, put the dough on a floured work surface and continue kneading with your hands.
Step 3:
The dough should turn out smooth, elastic, slightly sticky to the hands. Put it back in the bowl, cover it with a towel on top and leave it on the table for 15 minutes. While the dough is resting, prepare the products for the filling. This pizza can be baked with absolutely any filling. I chose boiled sausage, pickled mushrooms, onions and cheese for the filling. Sausage and mushrooms cut into any pieces as you like, onion — thin rings, grate cheese.
Step 4:
Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer according to the size of a baking sheet or a pizza baking dish. Lubricate the bottom of the mold with a small amount of vegetable oil or cover with parchment. Place the dough piece in a mold or on a baking sheet. If desired, you can make low sides.
Step 5:
Top the dough with a mixture of tomato sauce and mayonnaise. Instead of sauce, you can take ketchup or tomato paste. I used homemade tomato sauce, so I didn't add fresh tomatoes in the future.
Step 6:
Put the onion sliced into rings on the dough, the pizza will turn out brighter and more colorful if you use purple onions. Also, the use of other vegetables will add colors and taste: tomatoes, bell peppers, but you need to take into account that they will also have more moisture, so if they are used, you will need to increase the baking time in the oven.
Step 7:
Next, put the sliced boiled sausage. You can also use a different kind of sausage: smoked, semi-smoked or sausages. As a spicy additive, I put pickled forest mushrooms (white), you can take fried or salted mushrooms, olives or finely chopped pickled cucumber are also suitable.
Step 8:
Sprinkle the pizza with finely grated cheese on top. Cheese can be any, both hard and soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it does not contain milk fat substitutes and is delicious. Place the pizza in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. I give you an approximate time, focus on the work of your oven, the thickness of the rolled dough and the filling used. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
