"Mimosa"-Style Salad Balls
A take on the classic Mimosa salad, shaped into sesame-coated balls — pretty and delicious! It's a tasty, unusual appetizer in the form of salad balls, and quite budget-friendly, too. If you don't care for sesame, you can swap it out for grated cheese, for instance. That said, I really recommend trying these with toasted sesame — it's so good!
