Cooking method
Boil the pasta until tender, flip it into a colander to drain all the liquid. After that, transfer the pasta to a saucepan or a metal (ceramic) bowl.
Add butter, plain sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix everything well. You can add less sugar - then decide based on your own preferences. I like the grandmother to be quite sweet and put it in such quantity.
Let the pasta cool down, while you break the eggs (10 pcs.) into a separate bowl. Whisk them into a foam and pour the resulting mass over the cooled pasta, mix.
Grease the mold with butter. Put the pasta mixed with eggs, put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.
While the future grandmother is in the oven, make the filling: mix well (you can beat) the remaining eggs, sour cream and sugar (to taste).
Half an hour has passed - take out the mold, pour the filling on top of the casserole and put it in the oven for another half hour.
Grandma is ready. Bon appetit!
