- To make okroshka with fish, clean and finely chop the smoked mackerel. Boil the potatoes and eggs, then dice them small. Add chopped fresh cucumbers, radishes (or daikon), green onions, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the kvass. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard to taste. The okroshka with fish is ready. Serve in bowls with bread.
