Cooking method
We wash gooseberries, strawberries, figs. Lemon is also washed and cut into slices. Bring the water to a boil, add berries and fruits. Then we put sugar. Boil for 4-5 minutes, turn off, cool. This gooseberry compote is perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day.
