Canapés for a Kids' Party
Surprise your little one! Original, simple, and very fast! The kids will love them! A good friend of mine invited me to her young daughter's birthday party to help with the preparations. Part of setting the festive table fell to me. I decided to take the initiative and make children's canapés using a recipe I'd recently learned. Here's my recipe for kids' birthday canapés.

- To start, cook the potatoes in lightly salted water. Once they're done, cool the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into 3 pieces. Now slice them thinly. Cut the olives in half. Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into rounds. Cut the sausage (bologna or ham) into rounds and cut out different shapes with the cookie cutters you have on hand. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. On one set of potato pieces put bacon, on another put onion rings, and leave the rest plain. Now put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes. Top the potatoes with the ingredients however you like. For example: potato, butter, tomato, hard cheese, ham, olive.
