For him, I used a grater that slices vegetables in the likeness of a Korean carrot. Kohlrabi should be cleaned and grated. To it I add ginger, grated on a fine grater, and light peeled sesame. I also send sugar, tarragon (instead of it, you can add a teaspoon of fresh chopped tarragon), pepper, balsamic vinegar and rice oil. I would especially like to mention rice oil here.
