Chop the white cabbage into thin strips. Washed and peeled carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater. Cut the celery stalks into thin slices. Peeled apple from the peel and seeds and cut into small pieces. Mix all the prepared salad ingredients. Then we prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, granulated sugar, sea salt and ground black pepper until a homogeneous emulsion. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well again.
