Cut well-washed salad leaves into wide strips, chop dill and cilantro greens. Apples are peeled from the skin and seeds, then cut into cubes. Mix everything well, pour lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with pine nuts and let it brew in a warm place. After that, you can put it in the refrigerator all the way to the table.
