First take the rice, rinse it, put it in a deep dish and pour boiling water over it. Cover the plate with a lid and leave it for 25 minutes. Then we cut the onion into cubes. Mix it with minced meat. Next, we put rice in it, which was steamed in a saucepan. Season everything with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Then break one egg and mix again. Put a frying pan on the stove. Pour the oil. Warm it up. Fry the meatballs, which should be twisted from minced meat and rolled in flour. To prevent the minced meat from sticking to your hands, you need to wet them a little. Put the fried meatballs in pots. There is a little water on the surface. Put vegetables on them, which cut into small pieces. For flavor, put a few cloves of garlic. Pour sour cream mixed with mayonnaise on top of everything. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pots with lids and put them in the oven for half an hour or microwave at full power for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
