Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
All ingredients are thoroughly washed, hard boiled eggs.
Step 2:
Turkey meat is turned into minced meat with a meat grinder. Eggs are cleaned from the shell. Onions are finely cut with a knife, we do the same with champignons.
Step 3:
Finely chop the bulbs with a knife and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. The pan should be very hot.
Step 4:
Mushrooms are also finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil.
Step 5:
To form the roll, we will need polyethylene or special baking paper. Mix the minced meat on kefir with the addition of ground black pepper and salt and level it on paper.
Step 6:
We distribute fried onions, fried mushrooms on top and lay out whole eggs at an equal distance.
Step 7:
Mince using paper roll.
Step 8:
Then we put the roll on foil, wrap it in an envelope and bake the turkey fillet roll in the oven until ready (about 40 minutes).
Step 9:
A little tip - if your oven has a grill function, then 5-10 minutes before the end when cooking, turn on the grill and unwrap the foil. Thus, the roll will be slightly browned.
Step 10:
Bon appetit!
