Cut them into circles, the thickness of which is not more than half a centimeter. Take a baking sheet. Lay a special baking paper on it. Roll out the puff pastry and put it on a baking sheet. Anoint it with tomato sauce. Spread the mushrooms evenly on it. Rub the cheese on a grater with small holes. Pour it on top of the mushrooms. Then put the tomato slices evenly.
