Classic okroshka with vinegar

Cooking method
Potatoes (preferably young) are boiled without peeling, cooled. Then peel off the skin, cut into cubes.
Hard-boiled eggs and also cut into cubes.
Green onions and dill are washed, dried, finely chopped.
Cut sausage and cucumbers into cubes proportionally to potatoes.
Combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl, send them to the refrigerator for about 2 hours (the okroshka is served chilled on the table).
After waiting for the prescribed time, fill the soup with cold sour cream and water, add vinegar and salt.
